Community Land Working Paper Series
The Community Land Working Paper Series (CLWP Series) is published by PEAK and its partners in the land sector in northern Kenya. It presents evidence-based discussions of emerging issues in the registration and governance of community land, aiming to help communities, duty bearers, and other stakeholders understand and effectively administer community lands, which cover approximately 60% of Kenya's land area. The series also draws on Kenyan experiences to inform regional and international discussions on collective land rights.
Papers in the CLWP Series present preliminary research findings intended to stimulate discussion and identify areas for further investigation.

Community education
Laaf Gummi Legal Education Series
PEAK develops accessible, local-language educational materials to help communities understand Kenya's land laws, maximise the benefits of formalising community land rights, and mitigate potential harms. Our innovative curriculum includes five Borana-language drama episodes, talk shows broadcast on local radio stations, and other resources designed to encourage community learning and discussion.
Drama episodes, radio recordings, and educational materials are also available upon request for use by communities and organisations beyond PEAK's current areas of work.
